Postcard Advertiser Agreement

1. What you're buying

You are reserving one ad block on a shared 9x12 direct-mail postcard produced by Grizzly Designs NC. A small block is 2.8" x 3.5" and costs $350. A large block is 5.8" x 3.5" and costs $550. Each mailing goes to approximately 5,000 residential addresses in the town you select. Different towns receive different cards.

2. Artwork

You may supply print-ready artwork sized to your block, or send us your logo and details and we will lay out the ad for you at no extra charge. Artwork and any revisions are due no later than 14 days before the print date. If we do not hear from you by that deadline, we will run the last approved version or your logo and contact details.

You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, photo, and claim in your ad.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time you reserve your block. Your spot is not held until payment clears. Prices are per mailing, not a recurring subscription; you choose to reserve again for future drops.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 21 days before the print date. Inside 21 days, the card is already being laid out and scheduled with the printer and mail house, so the reservation is non-refundable. If we cancel or fail to mail your ad, you receive a full refund or a free spot on the next mailing, your choice.

5. Placement and appearance

Block position on the card is at our discretion and may vary between mailings. Printed colors can shift slightly from what you see on a screen. We do not run ads that are unlawful, misleading, adult, or that promote a business in direct conflict with another advertiser already booked for the same card.

6. Results

We guarantee production and mailing of the quantity stated. We cannot guarantee calls, sales, or any specific response rate.
