We coordinate every order from Clayton, NC and ship it to your door. Here is what to expect from the time you approve your proof to the day boxes hit the dock.
Order Processing Time
- Custom orders ship within 7-10 business days after artwork approval.
- Production time covers decoration, QC, and packing to our quality standard.
- You get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the shop.
Shipping Time
- Transit is on top of production time and depends on the service selected.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days when available
Delivery Estimates
Total time in your hands = production time + transit time. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Heads Up
- Delays can hit during holidays, peak season, or weather events.
- We are not liable for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands.
Tracking
Tracking goes out by email the day your order ships so you can follow it all the way to the door.
